PREP WEEK Checklist 
What to Have Ready Before You Begin

March 30th - April 6th

To make Prep Week smooth (and avoid last-minute scrambling), gather the below items,  having them ready means you can move quickly through the tutorial and the live sessions.

Gather These Items

  • Your logo (preferably a PNG with a transparent background)
  • Your branding guide + hex colors 

  • A clear idea of your community purpose

    • what it’s for

    • who it serves

    • how it will support your clients (support, accountability, resources, coaching, etc.) 

  • Your full marketing address (the business address you use for your brand/communications)

What you will prepare with us during the Prep Week

Before we meet live, take some time to prepare the essentials listed below so you can follow the live sessions along smoothly and make real progress.

Community Visual Design Assets

To set up your community so it looks polished and on-brand you need visual designs.
Be sure to watch the video and follow along step-by-step to create everything quickly (even if you don’t consider yourself “a design person”). 


What we will build during the tutorial:

  • Community Thumbnail (your main community image)

  • Channel Banners (banner graphics sized specifically for Channels)

  • Channel Icons (simple circle-shaped designs for Channels)

  • Palette: cool blues + white/light gray → crisp and reliable.

  • Shapes & motifs: flowing wave forms + subtle botanical mark → natural, restorative, holistic vibe.

Quick instructions

  2. Replace [channel name] with the name of your channels (ex: Announcements, Introductions, Wins).
